That brings the ideal qualities of a human being.

CBT is an action oriented form of psychotherapy. Which is highly structured , time focused, practical approach to overcome a wide range of psychological, emotional and behavioral problems. CBT involves understanding and working on the links between our cognitions; thinking patterns and process, our behaviors; the things we do and avoid doing, our emotions; feelings such as anxiety, anger or depression and physiological reactions; including tension, dizziness or pain.
Many scientific researches showed that CBT is one of the most effective approaches for a wide range of problems including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, insomnia, OCD( Obsessive compulsive disorder), panic attacks, different phobias, relationship problems, social anxiety, trauma and low self esteem.
HOW DOES CBT WORKS?
CBT works by identifying and altering the links between negative thinking patterns, unhelpful behaviors, distressing emotions and physiological symptoms. This involves focusing on two main areas:
- COGNITIVE APPROACHES: Learning how to identify, change or let go of negative or unhelpful thinking patterns.
- BEHAVIORAL APPROACHES: Learning how to change or improve unhelpful and conditioned patterns of behaviour and its avoidance.
The basic concept behind CBT is that we can change and overcome a wide range of problems by identifying ourself more deeply and consciously in a very systematic and organized way. So through CBT one can transform unhelpful conditioned thought into productive thoughts and actions.
